In recent years, CNC machining(Computer Numerical Control)<\/strong> CNC is gradually becoming the standard in modern mechanical manufacturing. With the ability to create precise parts, high production speeds and superior levels of automation, CNC is gradually replacing traditional machining methods in many industrial fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Vietnam, manufacturing and engineering enterprises have been investing heavily in CNC technology to enhance their competitiveness and meet the stringent demands of both international and domestic markets. This is especially true in industries such as: precision engineering, automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical devices, and mold manufacturing.<\/strong>, CNC plays a key role in ensuring precision and production efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Mr. Phan V\u0103n \u0110i\u1ec1n, Technical Director at DNP Company \u2013 he shared:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"CNC machining allows us to produce components with extremely high precision, with tolerances within just a few micrometers. This is especially crucial for industries that require strict technical standards. In addition, CNC enables rapid prototyping and flexible machining with a wide range of materials.\"<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Modern CNC machining centers today can perform multiple operations simultaneously\u2014such as milling, turning, drilling, and tapping\u2014on a single part. Thanks to automated programming using CAD\/CAM software, the production process is significantly shortened while minimizing errors and labor costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not only large enterprises, but many small and medium-sized mechanical workshops in Vietnam are also transitioning to CNC to improve product quality and expand their markets. This is considered an essential step in the era of digital transformation in manufacturing<\/strong> and Industrial Revolution 4.0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
